At Al Sartaj International, we have a time tested short listing process, and use the best of professionals to scan, and interview recruits, supported with some modern and scientific testing methodology.

Step 1 : Receipt of the Demand Letter from Client:
  Upon receipt of the demand letter we will release an advertisement through leading news papers ( If required)

Step 2 : Step Pre - Screening by Our Experts:
 
  • Short - listing of CVs to meet client's specifications & requirements.
  • We conduct preliminary interviews in order to ascertain the capacity of applicants (as per details furnished by them in their CVs).
  • We closely review applicant's physical appearance, I.Q & attitude.
  • We forward a complete set of CVs of candidates to clients for their review and evaluation, if required.
Step3 : Final Selection By Our Clients:
 
  • We provide the best secretarial assistance for the interviewer.
  • After final selection by the client, a formal offer letter is issued to candidates or a declaration is taken from them accepting our terms & conditions.
  • The individuals report for duty within 15 - 25 days of receiving visa.
  • The candidates selected are refrained from joining another organization, therefore, if visa process is delayed beyond 60 days, the availability of candidates would be re-confirmed by us to the client.
Step4 : Neatly Compiled "Ready Reckoner" Forwarded To Clients:
 
  • Pre - selection Assessment form with the delegates' approval & comments.
  • Declaration form duly signed by the candidates.
  • The job details of the candidates for quick reference.
  • Complete passport details for easy reference to apply for visa.
  • Clear copies of passport & three color photographs.
  • Detailed CVs. with copies of qualification & experience certificates.
  • Certificate of medical fitness would be required so as not to process visa for unfit candidates.
Step 5 : Mobilization - Travel Processing & Deployment:
 
  • We will keep the candidates posted of the visa status so that they are ready for departures even at short notice.
  • We will complete travel formalities upon receipt of / endorsement of visa and inform clients regarding departure of candidates.
  • We strictly adhere to our client's instructions at every stage of the recruitment and deploy the candidates within the stipulated time.
Step 6 : Orientation of Candidates Before Deployment:
  We take particular care to ensure absolute compliance of our selected candidates. Hence, we give them a thorough orientation about their employers, working conditions, good manners and etiquette, details of cultural nuances, weather conditions etc. This, we believe, would help the candidates to acclimatize themselves to their working condition quickly and facilitate higher productivity.

Step 7 : Deployment :
  Obligation towards clients:
  • As we are committed to our clients to provide manpower of best quality and according to the standard of their requirements, the candidates provided by us are guaranteed for their professional competency.
  • We will be pleased to make final selections in case the client or his representative in unable to visit to their countries.
  • We conduct Trade Test / Interview with our panel of technical experts in their countries.
  • In case of any candidate selected by us failing to meet the client's requirements after reaching the country of employment, we shell replace him with another candidate at our cost.
  • Any other guarantee, as per specific requirement and satisfaction of our client would also be provided.
